Mr Liu Guiping, President of R&P, visited Fangshan District for accompanying Wang Shuxian, Deputy Director-general of Beijing Intellectual Property Office in September 2012 to investigate the conditions of post-disaster reconstruction and strengthening capacity building of self-dependent innovation.
