Introduction
Mr. Xiao received his Bachelor degree in computer science and technology from China University of Geosciences in 2006 and began his IP career in Patent Dept. of Runping & Partners in 2006 and qualified as a patent attorney in 2008.
Mr. Xiao is adept at patent prosecution, drafting, translation, reexamination and invalidation of many technical fields, including computer and software, network technologies, complex electronics etc, he has successfully handled hundreds of patent applications for foreign and domestic clients, and has extensive experience in both technology and law practice.
