Introduction
Ms. Jin received her Bachelor degree in agriculture from Shenyang Agriculture University in 2003 and Master degree of agriculture from the China Agriculture University in 2007. After graduation, she worked in Chinese Academy of Forestry from 2007 to 2009 and she began her IP career in CHOFN & Partners in 2009. From 2010, she worked in Patent Dept. of Runping & Partners and qualified as a patent attorney in 2011.
Ms. Jin is adept at patent prosecution, drafting, reexamination of many technical fields, including food, protein, biological pharmacy, petroleum chemistry, electrochemistry and so on. Throughout Ms. Jin’s career, she has successfully handled many patent applications for foreign and domestic clients, and has experience in both technology and law practice.
